This webinar is intended for librarians, researchers, and other people outside of Japan who are engaged in Japanese studies.
The goal of this webinar is to teach and improve basic skills for finding and using information related to research in Japanese studies.

The North American Coordinating Council on Japanese Library Resources (NCC) is pleased to announce a new link to the updated Japan Guide of the National Archives of the Netherlands’ (NAN) on NCC’s Research Access Guides to Japanese Collections at http://guides.nccjapan.org/NAN.
The efforts to achieve an extended access to the NDL digital collections from abroad have reached a new stage. The draft to change the respective law/regulations has been issued. Currently the Japanese government collects public comments concerning the draft. Please find below Prof. Takeuchi’s email. Prof Takeuchi (Vice-President of Chiba University and NCC’s former Japan liaison) has arranged the meeting of Ms. Noguchi and Mr. Dunkel with the representatives of the Bunkachō last year.
